How much does the tour cost?
Pub Crawls are $49 per person, or $58 for the Pub Crawl PLUS Dinner (you will leave full and happy).
Our History and Science Tour (Harvard, Old Cambridge, Sunset Strolls, Innovations, and Ghost) tickets are $15 for Adults, $12 for students and seniors, and $7 for Youth aged 9-13. You probably qualify for a discount, though, so just ask!
Take both Historical Tours for our best deal at $20 for a Combo Ticket ($12 for Youth aged 9-13).
Tickets can be purchased through the individual tour pages on our website or in person with your guide before the tour.
Where and when do tours begin?
Tours depart from in front of the Harvard Square COOP at 1400 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge MA 02138. Look for our guides in hoop skirts and top hats, they’re hard to miss!
How long is the tour?
Each of our tours runs about 70 minutes and covers about one mile on foot.
How many people can you accommodate?
We can take as many as 45 people on a regular public tour. If you have a larger group, or would simply like a guide devoted to entertaining only you and your group, contact us and we would be happy to make accommodations.
Do you provide private tours and group tours?
Absolutely! We are proud to offer private and group tours of Harvard Square for families, field trips, and tour groups of all sizes. We can also customize a tour to the interests of your particular group, paying special attention to specific periods, places, or events. Contact us or call 617-520-4030 for more information.
What if it’s raining?
We will honor any reserved tickets, even in the rain. In the event that there are no reservations, tours may be subject to cancellation during weather advisories or precipitation. Check the calendar on our website or call us at 617.520.4030 to find out if a tour is cancelled. Reserved tickets can be redeemed for ANY SCHEDULED TOUR, so in cases of extreme or hazardous weather, we will gladly reschedule your tickets for another date.
Are you affiliated with Harvard? Are your guides Harvard students?
No, our guides are professional tour guides. They have backgrounds in fields as diverse as theatre, history, and political science. We are not directly connected with Harvard University.
Do your tours go inside any historical buildings?
We do not enter the buildings on our route. Most of the sites on our tour are privately owned and do not permit visitors inside. Some historical sites, such as the Longfellow House offer separate tours and events.
